Mission
The Healthcare Ombudsperson Program, a joint venture between the State of New Jersey and the Communications Workers of America, will have a positive impact on all parties by building trust relationships between the parties, providing education and counseling to employees, resolving employee issues effectively and efficiently, and working collaboratively to create better healthcare outcomes.

Simply choose a Direct Primary Care doctor from Everside Health, R-Health, or Sanitas Medical Centers and get unlimited access to personalized care with no copays, when and where it’s convenient for you.
** Not available with HMO or HIgh Deducible plans. Medicare retirees are also not eligible.**
