One of the many benefits available to the valued members of CWA Local 1040 is the ability to participate in Aflac supplemental programs.  Through the efforts of the Local 1040 leadership, members employed by the State of New Jersey, have the ability to participate in these programs and take advantage of the convenience of payroll deduction.
