CWA Local 1040 Announces the Altima Hill & Annie R. Williams Scholarship Awards

CWA Local 1040 is proud to announce our annual Altima Hill & Annie R. Williams scholarship awards! We will be awarding four $750 scholarship awards and ten $300 awards for book purchases. 

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following requirements: 

1. Applicant must be a member of Local 1040 and/or a dependent of a member. 
2. The scholarship applicant must be enrolled in an institution of higher learning during the 2023- 2024 academic year. 
3. All recipients will be required to submit proof of enrollment upon notification. 

Scholarship recipients will be determined through a random drawing during our 39th annual convention. All scholarship applications must be postmarked and in possession of the Education Committee no later than Friday, September 22, 2023.
